We know many of the companies we work with require on-going support. Our maintenance contracts offer just that. Simply pick up the phone or drop us an email anytime you need assistence, or if your website needs an update simply let us know and we'll make sure it gets done.

We offer three maintenance solutions, each one carefully designed to meet the needs of our clients. We are happy to offer maintenance contracts to customers who have had their site designed elsewhere, however, we may need to charge a set up fee in some cases (if the existing site is particulary messy or complicated we would like to spend the time to ensure we know how to work with your site before setting up your maintenance contract). We can even set up a webmaster email address, so that it appears to your customers that you have your own in-house development team.

Each maintenance contract includes a set number of hours per month, and a reduced hourly rate for addtional hours. At the end of each month we provide detailed timesheets so you know exactly how we have been spending our time on your project. We can also set monthly budgets, to ensure you don't recieve nasty unexpected bills for any additional time spent on requested updates.

Our maintenance contracts all include our unlimited shared server hosting account free of charge. If you would prefer to stay with your current hosting provider, or would like a quotation for dedicated server hosting on your site please let us know.
